Founded in 2023 and based in Uxbridge, London, Flamestar was established by a professional with over 10 years of experience in the UK construction industry. Our team includes a project manager with 28 years of experience at Squibb Group, a business development representative with over 30 years in the field also formerly with Squibb and a recruitment consultant with 4 years of industry experience, previously working as an architect and construction manager.

With a highly experienced team, we deliver reliable, skilled, and compliant support across construction, property management, and infrastructure sectors.

Our Core Services

Flamestar’s new service divisions cover a full range of property, construction, and compliance solutions. Division 1 delivers property maintenance and responsive repairs, including void works, reactive and emergency repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, roofing, decorating, adaptations, and 24/7 call-outs. Division 2 provides insulation and retrofit services such as EWI, IWI, loft and cavity insulation, room-in-roof works, air-tightness improvements, ventilation upgrades, and retrofit assessments. Division 3 supports projects with civils, groundworks and concrete services, including foundations, RC frames, drainage, kerbing, paving, roads, and enabling works. Division 4 delivers new build construction with design & build support, project management, site management, and quality control. Division 5 oversees compliance, managing tenders, frameworks, H&S documentation, QMS, sustainability procedures, and accreditation control.
